Ingredients
- 6 tbsp butter
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup each of yogurt and milk
- 4 eggs
Instructions
Melt the butter and set it aside. Combine the dry ingredients in a large bowl and mix them thoroughly. Mix the wet ingredients together and then add them to the big bowl. If you want fluffier waffles, separate the whites, beat them and fold them in at the end.
Notes
If substituting the yogurt, add a tablespoon of lemon juice or vinegar to the milk.
