Ingredients
- 200g pasta
- 1 bunch cavolo nero
- 2 or 3 potatoes
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 chillies
- 1 cup olive oil
- 2 cups veg stock
- salt and pepper
- parmesan
Instructions
Trim the cavolo nero, discarding the stalks, and cut it into small pieces, each 2 or 3cm long.
Grate the potatoes or cut them into small cubes.
Fry garlic and chillies in olive oil for a few minutes, then add the cavolo nero and give it a minute.
Add the stock and cook for 10mins, then add salt and potatoes and give it another five.
Finally, add the pasta and cook until al dente, finishing with parmesan, black pepper and some olive oil.
