Ingredients
- 4 bananas, way too ripe
- 3 cups oats
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup syrup
- 1tsp cinnamon
Prep
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper (which kind depends on how thick you want them), and pre-heat the oven to 180°C.
Instructions
In a bowl, combine bananas, cinnamon, peanut butter and sweetener (you may have to add water if you're not using something liquid). Mash it all up until it's nice and smooth (some small lumps are okay), then stir in the oats, mix to combine and pour the mixture onto your baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes or until they look good, then take out and rest (as is) for 10 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
